We are expanding our Lodz office and currently have at least one Account Representative position available. This position in Lodz will not require travel or working abroad, although travel opportunities to work abroad may exist.

The position includes responsibility for processing/auditing channel marketing program claims and supporting client requests. It does not include sales or direct marketing activities. Priority will be given to those candidates who fluently speak/write English and least one other language (i.e. French, Russian or German).

Core Requirements:

• At least 3 year University Degree
• Solid language skills in speaking and written English and preferably other language (i.e. German, Russian, French, Chinese)
• Excellent communication and program management skills
• Excellent practical skills of MS Excel

Desired Requirements:

• 2+ years business experience in customer service, accounting and/or operations
• Preferable Financial or Marketing degree
• Solid problem solving/analytical abilities
• Sound professional skills including time and priority management
• A good team player
